we set out on a long journey to see Dubai's skyline. Burj Khalifa inaugurated the world's tallest building with 160 floors, at 2716 feet, in January 2010, after six years of construction. I was opted for the 130 Dirham package from Dubai Tours and Travels . That was entry Package to Burj Khalifa 124 & 125th Floors. (Tickets to the 124 and 125 floors are available through regular tickets. This ticket, called At the Top, costs Dhs 125 to 300).
The entrance is open from 8 am to 3 pm and from 6 pm to midnight. My turn to enter was at 10 pm. I reached the ticket counter at 9.30am. Purchased tickets already booked. The model of the building is placed at the entrance. It is only after a thorough security check. One person is taking photographs of the gangs entering. At the Top Of the world Burj Khalifa
It took twenty minutes to reach the lift. It is one of the fastest lifts in the world. As soon as got in, all the light went off and the projector showed the history of the Burj Khalifa. Until you reach the top is the visual and acoustic world of history. The door of the lift opened, the cold breeze blowing into the balcony of the world, the 124th floor of the Burj Khalifa. The balcony is on the 124th floor, its sides is protected by tall glass walls. The 125th floor is packed with merchandise and small games. Exterior views can be seen through the large glass walls.Below, the city is decorated with electric lamps, and the Dubai Fountain, the largest fountain in the world. Burj Khalifa is a cool place to be when the wind blows. We spent about an hour, Good cold for glass, Feel good on foot.On both sides of the long road to the exit are exhibits of the Burj Khalifa's history, models and portraits of the men behind it. There are pictures ranging from workers to technicians.
Dubai Aquarium and the Underground Zoo
Back down to the Dubai Mall. Even though it is midnight, there is no shortage of congestion. Now we have to go to the Dubai Aquarium and the Underground Zoo. It is an aquarium built on the top floor of a mall. Most marine life, including sharks, swims. As you walk through the mall you can see a side of the tank. People are busy looking at the small ocean and photographing the camera. The main attraction is the tunnel through Glass Lake and a visit to the underwater flora and fauna. I walked through the
tunnel covered with blue light to see the water world. Visitors can be transported to the bottom of the lake in an iron cage and have a closer look at sharks and crocodiles.
From small fish to giant crocodiles, there are a variety of floors waiting for visitors.
Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo provides facilities for children to learn about aquatic life .It was midnight when all the sights were released. The famous Dubai Fountain Dance is known to take place in front of the mall. After seeing that, we got back to the metro station and caught the train to the residence.
